What to Expect:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Planning & Project Management Officer based out of our Montreal office. Reporting directly to the General Management team, you will lead all aspects of the strategic planning process and ensure the successful implementation of the Canadian Market Business Strategy. You will also coordinate Market Business Strategy, performance management, and empower the Canadian organization with stronger project management prioritization & capabilities. You will also build business efficiencies through effective and agile project delivery, innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Join us to enhance business operations and represent Nespresso Canada to collaborators within and beyond the Market

A day in the life:
  • Lead the definition and implementation of the Market Strategy in collaboration with senior leaders and key partners
  • Lead Business Review meetings, MBS refresh, and Monthly Leadership Team meetings, gathering key takeaways and advancing important topics
  • Establish and lead the Portfolio Project Management Office (PMO) to optimize resource allocation and prioritize projects aligned with strategies
  • Support executive leadership team with HQ QBR preparation and contribute to the development of the business framework
  • Inspire change management program implementation to support strategy execution and market ambition achievement
  • Facilitate cross-functional strategic discussions, build arguments, and accelerate key priority projects for innovation and growth


Role Requirements
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required for this position. The role involves frequent and complex collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or internationally. These interactions necessitate a high level of proficiency in English to effectively perform the tasks associated with the job.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, MBA or equivalent experience
  • Concrete Business experience across variety of functions & roles


Preferred Skills
  • Extensive experience collaborating with and supporting senior management.
  • Consistent track record in delivering business strategic projects.
  • Experience in leading or participating in change management programs.
  • Experience of creating a positive working culture, enabling empowerment and development of people
