Position: Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, and enhance the overall digital experience. This role will oversee paid advertising, email marketing, website management, SEO/SEM, and marketing technology tools to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in marketing automation, website optimization, and performance tracking.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels to support lead generation goals
  • Develop, implement, and track demand generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
  • Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI
  • Oversee email marketing operations, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Ensure best practices in deliverability, personalization, and engagement to maximize email effectiveness
  • Work with the marketing team to develop automated nurture campaigns that drive lead conversion
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies
  • Implement SEO/SEM best practices to improve search visibility, organic traffic, and user experience
  • Track and analyze website performance metrics, making data-driven improvements to enhance conversion rates and engagement
  • Monitor, track, and report on marketing performance across digital channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Provide regular reporting and dashboards to key stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance and ROI
  • Support the implementation and optimization of marketing technology tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, automation, and efficiency across digital platforms
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team to align digital marketing initiatives with sales strategies
  • Work closely with agencies and vendors to support web analytics, reporting, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation
  • Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or demand generation preferred
  • Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns, email marketing, and website optimization
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM strategies, keyword research, and website optimization techniques
  • Experience with web analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategy
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and with external partners
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on continuous testing and optimization
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing platforms a plus
