POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Assists with program digital reporting tools such as DAVE, Qlik Sense Enterprise, RDA Information System (RDAIS), and the Procurement Management Tool (PMT). Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategies (AS), Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

**This position is contingent upon contract award.**

Requirements

Education
  • MA/MS degree in relevant technical field.
  • Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree or Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Experience
  • Required Experience: Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Desired Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in the NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management.

Security
  • Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation is desired.
  • At minimum, Active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation is required.

Salary Description

$94,849 - $154,338 depending on experience
