Job Description

The Sr Project Analyst is a proactive, highly engaged professional with a track record of providing outstanding analytical support and coordination for projects, with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

This role will assist in project planning, monitoring project progress, and conducting data analysis to support decision making. They collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.

The Sr Project Analyst will maintain project documentation, track project metrics, and prepare reports for project status updates. Additionally, they contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Retail Branch Closure Communication process ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Perform tasks related to project delivery including contract administration, invoice approval/tracking, and critical thinking resulting in data-driven insights to improve project performance
  • Host/Participate in calls, meetings, planning & problem-solving sessions to provide insights, resources, and aid in development of necessary documents for follow-up and execution
  • Analyze data for review, maintain project documents/reporting, and create presentations summarizing metrics, trends, and insights


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills including the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to analyze data/trend analysis
  • MS365 suite of product experience including intermediate PowerPoint and Excel (basic formulas/v-lookups), SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
  • Strong ability to collaborate, influence and build partnerships across business lines for alignment with strategic priorities while ensuring both internal and external customer needs/experiences are represented
  • Proactive- strong ability to take initiative
  • Comfortable presenting to front line colleagues and senior leaders
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to tailor messaging and delivery based on audience

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Experience supporting projects/initiatives
  • Knowledge of/experience in Retail branch banking
  • Intermediate MS PowerPoint, PowerApps, Visio

Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Role will be based out of a Citizens office location and follow a hybrid work schedule, 3 days onsite/week.
