This position requires a TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph and will involve coordination and support across multiple locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage complex enterprise data and technology initiatives from concept to implementation
- Leverage resources, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring project progression, summarizing, and delivering project status information.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Present regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Foster collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
- Develop and implement best practices for project management
- Track project metrics and deliver performance reports to leadership
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of enterprise data or technology initiatives, drive them through completion, and work effectively in ambiguous environments
- Substantial experience working on technology/data projects within the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years supporting Intelligence Community
- Strong understanding of intelligence community mission, operations, and protocols
- Experience with classified systems, tools, and reporting requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
PREFERRED:
- 10+ years of experience working within the Intelligence Community
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related) or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects across IC or DoD involving multiple stakeholders
- Track record of successfully supporting senior executives and leadership teams
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated leadership in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Experience with technical requirement gathering and documentation
