Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to represent clients in workers compensation claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the laws and regulations governing workers compensation and will be adept at negotiating settlements and advocating for clients' rights.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers compensation hearings and appeals
• Prepare and file legal documents, including Section 32s and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support clients' cases
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
• Advise clients on their rights and the legal processes involved in workers compensation claims
• Stay current on changes in workers compensation law and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers compensation law
• Proven track record of successfully handling claimant cases
• Strong negotiation and trial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
