Job Title: Dealership Parts Manager

Location: Century 3 Kia, West Mifflin, PA

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: Commission Pay Plan ($65,000 - $100,000 per year)

Job Description:
Century 3 Kia is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to join our dealership team in West Mifflin, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock while minimizing excess.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and distribution of parts.
• Work closely with service and sales departments to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability.
• Train and lead a team of parts department employees.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure department compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager or in a dealership parts department.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory reports.
• Proficiency in dealership management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
