This is a senior engineering position suited to an individual with a technical background who has experience of customer interaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Product manager for Automotive Processors production devices, growing the Automotive Processors business by working with local sales to service customer needs.
- Drive successful customer projects on global OEM and tier1 vehicle architecture products/programs through technical support and coordination of internal resources to address the needs of the customer.
- Develop knowledge on Automotive Processor products and software, understanding customer expectations to minimize issues during the launch of a new product into key programs.
- Develop strong customer relationships and drive interactions with regular review and on-site visits.
- Drive resolution of customer issues ensuring that corrective actions are defined and rolled out.
- Support portfolio management for key customer escalations working closely with our quality team to drive resolutions.
- Support customers, to help them use our products to achieve their system level goals.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Control or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) with strong industry experience.
- In depth experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or semiconductor technology.
- Knowledge of embedded processors.
- Automotive Software knowledge.
Furthermore you have/are:
- The capability to communicate complex technical customer issues and feedback internally
- Excellent customer facing, presentation, and communication skills
- A collaborative, team player with the ability to develop strong and effective working relationships across the company
- Good organizational skills and commitment to fast follow through
- Demonstrates a willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to challenge decisions and approach issues with creative solutions
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
