About This Role:
  • Oversees daily pharmacy operations, including accurate medication dispensing, inventory management, and adherence to compounding and DEA regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, while maintaining pharmacy policies and procedures to support patient safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provides clinical pharmacy services such as medication therapy management, patient counseling, and collaboration with healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises pharmacy staff, fostering professional development and maintaining efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Promotes pharmacy programs and initiatives, engaging with the community and healthcare partners to expand services and enhance patient care.

Required Education & Experience:
  • Required: Doctor of Pharmacy
  • Prior experience in a pharmacy management role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid and active state Pharmacist licensure required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
