CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

  • Grer tous les aspects oprationnels des Services d'Ingnierie Mobile au niveau rgional et des proprits de manire protger, maintenir et amliorer la valeur des actifs des propritaires grce des processus d'exploitation et de maintenance efficaces.
  • Grer les pratiques de contrle des risques et de scurit de l'quipe, assurer la conformit aux codes et rglementations locaux et russir l'audit des oprations d'Ingnierie Mobile.
  • Mettre en uvre et grer de manire cohrente tous les programmes de maintenance/rparation prventive, continue et anticipe.
  • Grer les oprations de la flotte de vhicules de service pour assurer une exploitation rentable de la flotte, suivre, analyser et rendre compte de tous les niveaux d'oprations de la flotte.
  • Soutenir les quipes clients dans le dveloppement et la mise en uvre de plans de projets d'investissement pluriannuels applicables au champ d'action des SIM.
  • Grer les ressources d'ingnierie mobile pour soutenir efficacement les projets des clients.
  • Maintenir une interface rgulire avec les clients et les quipes clients pour assurer une prestation satisfaisante des services d'ingnierie mobile et l'efficacit des processus de soutien.
  • Grer la performance de l'quipe rgionale en examinant les indicateurs de performance du travail, les tendances et autres rapports via le Systme Informatis de Gestion de la Maintenance (SIGM) et d'autres bases de donnes.
  • Mettre en uvre et grer toutes les politiques et processus d'approvisionnement pour l'quipe d'ingnierie rgionale.
  • Grer efficacement la mise en uvre des oprations de nouveaux portefeuilles clients dans la rgion.
  • Interagir avec les reprsentants syndicaux si ncessaire pour grer les ressources de main-d'uvre syndique conformment aux conventions collectives applicables.
  • Grer les exigences locales en matire de ressources humaines de l'quipe pour assurer la conformit tous les processus et politiques d'action des employs.
  • Assurer la participation continue de l'quipe la formation, l'analyse efficace des niveaux de comptence existants et l'amlioration globale des qualifications techniques de l'quipe.
  • valuer constamment les besoins des clients pour identifier et dvelopper un ensemble de comptences d'quipe ax sur la cration de valeur accrue.
  • Grer toutes les dpenses d'exploitation rgionales selon les niveaux budgts.
  • Grer les projets d'investissement de manire opportune et rentable, dans les limites du budget.
  • Aider le Directeur des SIM prvoir les dpenses oprationnelles et d'investissement.
  • Grer efficacement la facturation de toutes les ressources de main-d'uvre pour assurer une facturation efficace et opportune de toutes les ressources.
  • Grer les risques associs aux ressources de main-d'uvre et l'utilisation de la main-d'uvre par les clients.
  • Gestion d'autres aspects des oprations rgionales pouvant tre raisonnablement attendus du rle.
  • Communication efficace et opportune au sein de l'quipe.


CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

  • Diplme dans un domaine technique (ingnierie, maintenance, construction...)
  • Bilingue franais-anglais*
  • Matrise de MS Excel, Word et PowerPoint
  • Connaissance des oprations d'ingnierie et de maintenance des installations
  • Comptence en analyse de performance financire, projection et reporting
  • Comptences avres en leadership, relations interpersonnelles et service client
  • Excellentes comptences en communication crite et orale
  • Capacit grer efficacement plusieurs tches simultanment
  • Connaissance des processus comptables
  • Minimum de sept ans d'exprience en gestion de la maintenance et de l'ingnierie des installations

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage all operational aspects of the Mobile Engineering Services (MES) to the regional and property level in a manner which protects, maintains and improves the value of owner assets through efficient operation and maintenance processes.
Manage hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulation and pass the Mobile Engineering operations audit.
Consistently implement and manage all preventive, ongoing and anticipated maintenance/repair programs.
Manage service vehicle fleet operations to deliver a cost effective fleet operation, tracking, analyzing and reporting on all levels of fleet operations.
Support client teams in the development and implementation of multi-year capital project plans as applicable to MES scope of services.
Manage mobile engineering resources in effective support of client projects.
Maintain routine client and client-team interface to ensure satisfactory mobile engineering service delivery and support processes effectiveness.
Manage regional team performance through review of work performance metrics, trending and other reporting via Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other databases.
Implement and manage all procurement policies and processes for regional engineering team.
Effectively manage implementation of new client portfolio operations into region.
Interface with Labor Union representation as required to manage union labor resources in compliance with applicable Collective Bargaining agreements.
Manage team Human Resource local requirements to ensure compliance with all employee action processes and policies.
Ensure ongoing team training participation, effective analysis of existing skill levels, and overall improvement of team technical qualifications.
Consistently evaluate client needs to identify and develop team skill set focused at delivering increased value.
Manage all regional operating expenses to budgeted levels
Manage capital projects in a timely, cost effective manner at budgeted levels
Assist the MES Director with forecasting operational and capital expenses
Effectively manage all labor resource billing to ensure effective and timely billing of all resources.
Manage risk associated with labor resources and client labor utilization
Management of other aspects of regional operations as may be reasonably expected of the role.
Effective and timely communication within the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelors degree in a technical field (engineering, maintenance, construction...)

Bilingual French-English
MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency
Knowledgeable in facilities engineering operations and maintenance
Proficient in financial performance analysis, projection and reporting
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to effectively multi-task
Knowledgeable in accounting processes
Minimum seven years experience in facility maintenance and engineering management
