Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is seeking an attorney focusing on commercial transactional and real estate to join the firm's growing business law practice group in either our Madison or Milwaukee office.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in the sale, purchase, and development of commercial properties and projects; financing and secured transactions; title review; construction and permitting; negotiation of commercial leases; corporate planning and structure; tax planning for real estate transactions; environmental considerations; and formation and representation of condo associations. The candidate has experience drafting and negotiating agreements and has a strong knowledge of today's real estate market, attention to detail, creative and practical, with experience in significant, complicated transactions.
