A growing commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead job site operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial construction industry, with a strong background in managing multiple trades and maintaining project quality, safety, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site lead, overseeing all daily construction activities.
- Accurately interpret and implement construction plans and specifications.
- Coordinate the workflow of multiple subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Communicate with the project team to schedule and receive material deliveries.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Confirm the use of current contract documents and drawings.
- Maintain proper site signage and uphold site safety standards.
- Enforce quality control measures with all subcontractors.
- Monitor job site safety, cleanliness, and conditions on a daily basis.
- Keep a detailed daily log of project activities and site conditions.
- Use digital tools and platforms to manage job site documentation.
- Provide regular updates and collaborate with the Project Manager through email and phone communication.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in technology platforms such as Procore, Zoom, Gmail, and Apple devices.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools and equipment, with the ability to maintain them properly.
- Strong multitasking skills across various disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel; must have a reliable truck.
Physical Requirements:
- Regular use of hands, arms, and fingers for tool handling.
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, and bending.
- Occasional climbing while carrying up to 40 lbs; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequent lifting of up to 65 lbs and the ability to push/pull over 200 lbs using proper safety equipment.
- Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods and handle a range of weather conditions.
