How You'll Make an Impact

As the Senior Director of Analytics within the Automotive Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making and strategic thought leadership to both internal and external clients. Your expertise will ensure the seamless delivery of analytic projects on-time and within budget, while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. By leveraging your vast knowledge in analytics, you will provide strategic recommendations that influence key business and marketing strategies.

Your role will bridge collaborations between Client Services and our analytic teams, ensuring our clients' needs are met with innovative and effective solutions. Ultimately, your leadership will cultivate a culture of professional growth, mentorship, and excellence within your team, making a significant impact on the automotive industry's analytics landscape. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work out of the Epsilon Atlanta office a minimum of two times per week.

What You'll Achieve
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of analytic projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, on-budget, with a strong focus on financial performance and client satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and proposals to clients based on in-depth analysis findings in collaboration with Client Services.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients, managing expectations and ensuring successful project sign-off.
  • Develop new product and service offerings by contributing your expertise and insights.
  • Gain comprehensive command over Epsilon's services, including marketing services, database and data integration, and data services.

Who You Are
  • What you'll bring with you:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
    • 10+ years of experience in the marketing analytics field with hands-on experience in digital analytic tools.
    • Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate analytic solutions that solve complex client business needs.
    • Proven experience in managing and delivering diverse analytic solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple projects and resources concurrently.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for building relationships across diverse teams.
    • Proficient in visually displaying data and creating impactful presentations for senior-level clients.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Experience or knowledge in automotive marketing.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities with exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
    • Skilled with data visualization tools like Tableau.
    • Hands-on programming experience with SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or similar applications.
    • Experience with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
    • Experience with digital media and social media analytics tools.
    • Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative discipline.
