Job Overview
This position is responsible for leading a high volume of concurrent offer-related initiatives within two categories: 1) service offers (rate plans and add on features), and 2) promotions (device and service) for T-Mobile's prepaid business Metro by T-Mobile.

Offers have fast speed to market, as well as impacts across multiple applications and functional areas. This position's objective will be to lead the Go to Market (GTM) Offers process for Metro by T-Mobile initiatives and to possess deep knowledge of the prepaid business and processes and with primary focus on the management of Metro's virtual prepaid Mastercard (VPM) offers and Metro's Ship To (.com, Virtual Retail, Care) offers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the subject matter authority for the GTM offer process. Possess deep knowledge of GTM offers and offer delivery requirements.
  • Leads quality implementation of VPM and Ship To offer launches by facilitating cross-functional activities, starting with an enterprise-wide impact assessment ("Feasibility") and ending with a launch readiness check.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Effectively uses these partnerships to drive offer delivery while maintaining a strong sense of respect and trust on the Offers Delivery team.
  • Proactively identifies, recommends and drives improvements of standard processes and procedures; specifically looking at ways to automate manual processes to bring more efficiencies to the team allowing more the team to focus more on "transform" the business activities vs run the business activities.


VPM Responsibilities
  • Prepare Offers for solution into VPM disbursement including Orbit ticket approval, MRPRD approval and review/audit for UAT phase of new VPM offer builds.
  • Review/Audit for PII and business process compliance for VPM offers to ensure they meet enterprise and legal policies.
  • Reporting & Monitoring redemptions offers are being distributed and redeemed within baseline expectations.
  • Invoice Reconciliation with bank invoices and purchase order.
  • Analysis of offer performance and overall operation and process for continually process-improvement.


Ship To Responsibilities
  • Offer Feasibility Review Ship To requirements in conjunction with the overall offer structure for all Metro by T-Mobile service offers and promotions.
  • Offer Requirements Builds andsubmits Offers Requirements Document (ORD) to IT DCD, MPM, SQaR and Digital Op partners to consume and deploy in test environments and production.
  • Customer Experience Ensure customer experience is optimal; new experiences are brought through GTM Review; and any areas of concern with experience are collected and leaders are aligned on path forward.
  • Testing Lead all aspects of testing in various testing environments to ensure teams test needed offers; and have appropriate testing scenarios gathered in the testing plan.
  • Audit Maintain and audits the list of offers across all Ship To channels.


Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or combination of equivalent experience and education (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Proven experience as a program or product manager within a technology environment, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services. (Required)
  • Experience working on projects in a wireless industry. Preferred
  • 5+ yrs Offers Delivery, Product Owner or GTM work experience (Strongly Preferred)
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and similar productivity tools (Preferred)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, applied with all levels of peer and management (Preferred)
  • Ability to identify impacting issues and work with more senior members of the Offers Delivery (Preferred)

    Base Pay Range: $94,100 - $169,700

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
