The Opportunity
As the Marketing Manager for our Commercial and International businesses, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies across the North American, EMEA and APAC regions. Your leadership will drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster collaboration with global product management, local manufacturing sites and local marketing teams. This role will report directly to the Commercial, International & Corporate Marketing Director and will be responsible for developing and implementing AGI's brand and product marketing strategies. This role provides the opportunity to work on creative marketing tactics in a fast-moving, matrix organization.

The Team

Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate closely with business unit leads (Commercial Grain, Food and Feed platforms) and local Country Managers (NA, EMEA, APAC) and in-country marketing teams to create comprehensive regional marketing strategies.
- Ensure flexibility for localization based on country-specific nuances and customer needs.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay abreast of market trends, demographics, and competitor movements.
- When required, conduct thorough research to inform strategic decisions.
Vendor and Budget Management:
- Work with the Marketing Director to determine marketing budgets and align them with company and regional objectives, providing insights for strategic direction based on market dynamics.
- Manage vendor relationships and approve deliverables as required.
- Coordinate, communicate, and manage marketing department approvals and oversight.
- Measure ROI on all marketing projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed.
New Product Launch and Portfolio Optimization:
- In collaboration with the sales and product teams, develop marketing strategies for new products or services.
Brand Awareness and Customer Attraction:
- Build and maintain brand awareness across regions.
Leadership and Guidance:
- Supervise and provide feedback to other marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Marketing Campaign Management:
- Manage the design and development of marketing campaigns that allow the organization to realize its business strategy and rapidly scale for future growth.
- Build product marketing campaigns that differentiate AGI products through effective messaging, positioning, and branding.
Advertising and Communication:
- Establish and execute the appropriate advertising, communication, and go-to-market plans and tactics.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand architecture.
Support Sales and Training:
- Support Division/Product/Region operations and sales success through the development of collateral, trade shows, sales materials, and internal training efforts.
- Assist in efforts to inform and educate the organization/sales team on effective brand messages and latest developments in the company and industry.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering required, advanced degree preferred (MBA).
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- 7+ years' experience in marketing, with a preference for B2B marketing within the construction, food manufacturing, agriculture, and equipment industries.
- Proven track record in regional roles with leadership responsibilities.
- Must possess an inquisitive and creative mind.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including copywriting and salesmanship.
- Presentation skills and the ability to explain marketing strategies to other teams in the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion to understand customer problems and product usage.
- Strong grounding in digital/technology marketing approaches.
- Must be comfortable working in fast-paced, fluid, and dynamic growth organizations.
- Must be a sincere collaborator who can 'team' across functions and regions in pursuit of company business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation management.
