Job Summary:
Genuine Health Group is seeking a Sr. Manager Sales Ops Development to be responsible for developing and executing training initiatives to support our sales team in achieving their targets. This role will focus on onboarding, skill enhancement, and leadership development programs tailored to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales training, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.

This is a hybrid position with some travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create customized learning solutions.
  • Utilize various learning methods, including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and simulations, to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales cycle progress, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative training methodologies.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to improve performance and engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR and marketing, to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage training budgets, resources, and external vendor relationships as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, learning and development, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment preferred.

Compensation:
  • Salary: $105,000 based on experience and qualifications.
  • Commission eligible role based on achieving growth targets
