Your New Role:
The Product Manager will be accountable for delivery of the Global Consumer Products Product Lifecyle Management application suite (Star Labs) technology roadmap. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the product not only meets but exceeds user expectations, driving adoption and satisfaction. They will be instrumental in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that the product vision is clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
This role will guide the success of the product and lead the cross-functional team that is responsible for implementing and continuously improving the application. The Product Manager will work with Technology & Business Sponsors to set the strategic product vision as well as create and update the product roadmap, define features for the product and prioritize them into a realistic and rationalized release plan based on a prioritized backlog.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Product Roadmap: Work with business users and Business Analysts to define the product's strategic vision, and roadmap for Star Labs. This role will facilitate the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and organization of requirements and KPIs into a clear, concise, and actionable product backlog that will deliver prioritized incremental business value throughout the product's lifecycle. The Product manager will provide product oversight to ensure consistent product experience of user controls, data definitions, business logic, and product aesthetics.
User Acceptance & Adoption: Maintains a deep empathy for business users and wants to creatively solve problems with a user-first mentality. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and work with the Change Management team to ensure adoption through firsthand training.
Continuous Delivery: Evaluate and recommend product innovations and enhancements that drive business value and maximize the ROI for the product. Partner with peer Product Managers, Project Managers, Architecture, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Program Management to identify, evaluate, and integrate 1st and 3rd party strategic technical solutions. Enumerate and identify clear business KPIs, for setting annualized objectives and partnering with GTM and Financial Planning teams to meet the business and product goals.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $121,100.00 - $224,900.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.

Qualifications & Experiences:
Required
- 5+ years of Product Management Experience
- Experience in the Licensing and Consumer Products industry
- A high-level understanding of the product lifecycle
- A high-level understanding of Digital Asset Management process and tools
- Previous experience working with visualization tools (Tableau, Einstein Analytics, Looker)
- Experience defining and managing business requirements and outcomes with our business partners, and collaborating with technical teams to create and integrate relevant features into the product roadmap
- Experience with Agile development approach and tools
- Experience creating and maintaining product vision and roadmap
- Experience with production release cycles and product planning
- Experience writing detailed epics and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria
- Experience working in a cross-matrixed team with several active workstreams and integration points
- Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Experience building positive relationships with internal and external team members
- Experience communicating and working with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders
