DUIT is seeking to hire a Senior FPGA/VHDL Engineer to join our team!

The Senior FPGA/VHDL Engineer is a Subject Matter Expert in FPGA and/or ASIC development to support FPGA/VHDL Assurance efforts in support of DoD. As the ideal candidate, you will review and evaluate various vendor FPGA/VHDL tools to make sure the tools perform correctly and to ensure the level of functionality within FPGAs (Field-Programmable Gate Arrays).

What You Will Get to Do:

General system engineering skills required along with experience in FPGAs (Field-Programmable Gate Arrays) and ASICs (Application-Specific Integrated Circuits).

Qualifications You Will Bring:
  • Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
