Description:

The VP, Partner Management Centralized Support Lead assists Citi Retail Services Franchise portfolios with governance activities. This is a highly visible role within CRS and enabling functions that will require superior project management skills, ability to build connections across functions, and strong communications skills. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports internal product approval processes for new, modified/changed, or decommissioned products or initiatives.
  • Supports on-time issue resolution; builds solutions, evaluates existing processes, and proposes control enhancements.
  • Executes and designs control activities, inclusive of periodic control reviews, records management, and appropriate retention of evidence.
  • Assists business activity owners with third party oversight functions.
  • Coordinates regulatory and policy change reviews assessing for potential impacts.
  • Supports leadership in preparing business responses for audits and regulatory exams.
  • Applies in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the subfunction as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function; requires understanding of consumer card products (both private label and co-brand) as well as basic commercial card product awareness.
  • Oversees program plans meet business needs and align to governance framework.
  • Escalates risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
  • Ensures essential policies and procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Superior project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives.
  • Highly adaptable; must be able to adjust to shifting priorities, focuses, and responsibilities.
  • Negotiation skills with internal and external parties.
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written; comfortable presenting to all levels within an organization
  • Creates and sustains a network of strong partnerships within the business and other functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize tasks, and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience required
  • Master's degree a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
