Job Summary:
Qualitrol is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader (FBSL) to drive the adoption of Fortive Business System (FBS) in operations and execute strategic initiatives for exceptional financial performance and customer experience. The FBSL will provide thought leadership, foster a continuous improvement culture utilizing lean principles, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 71,100.00 - 132,100.00
Qualitrol is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader (FBSL) to drive the adoption of Fortive Business System (FBS) in operations and execute strategic initiatives for exceptional financial performance and customer experience. The FBSL will provide thought leadership, foster a continuous improvement culture utilizing lean principles, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FBS initiatives, manage kaizen funnel and drive measurable business impact
- Partner with site leadership to incorporate FBS tools into business processes to drive efficiency and productivity across all departments
- Oversee and facilitate Kaizen events, ensuring execution and sustainment of improvements
- Develop FBS talent and manage FBS champion Plan
- Partner with FBS corporate team and ensure site is current on documentation, FBS tools, and upcoming events
- Aid in cross-functional project management to drive key initiatives
- Drive automation and AI in applicable applications
- other duties as requested by the supervisor to support business needs
Skills & Experience
- B.S. degree. M.S. degree preferred.
- 3+ years leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomous with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to drive effective change management
- Prior experience of Danaher/Fortive Business system a plus
