Position Summary: The Clearing House (TCH) is a banking association and payments company that is owned by the largest commercial banks in the United States. TCH owns and operates the core payments system infrastructure in the US and is currently working to modernize that infrastructure by launching a new, ubiquitous, real-time payment system. TCH is the only private-sector ACH and wire operator in the US, clearing and settling nearly $2 trillion in US dollar payments each day, representing half of all commercial ACH and wire volume. TCH has provided critical services to the banking industry since 1853, and today, our core products facilitate services including Direct Deposit of payroll, bill payments, and check image exchange.
The Marketing team is looking for a strategic, hands-on VP of Integrated Marketing & Content to lead critical initiatives at the intersection of brand storytelling, sales enablement, and event execution. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating order from chaos, shaping clear and compelling messaging, and driving big projects with lasting impact.
You'll own our flagship conference, build and maintain a smart, scalable content system, and oversee the messaging and organization of our website-all while helping define how our growing marketing team works and collaborates.

Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Employees in this position will report to the office 2-3 days per week. Occasional travel may be required. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
The anticipated annual salary range for NY-based candidates for this position is $175,000 -$220,000. Base salary and position level will be determined by the role, experience, skill set and location. For eligible positions, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded contingent on personal and company performance. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Content Infrastructure
- Build and maintain a centralized content hub that equips sales teams, product and clients with the right assets at the right time
- Develop systems for organizing and tagging content, ensuring easy access and regular updates
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and CRM to align messaging and ensure content accuracy
- Establish clear governance and workflows for content lifecycle management and stakeholder reviews
- Establish clear goals and objectives for global communication and omni-channel content efforts, grounded in a deep understanding of business priorities and the customer journey
- Work with CRM on design messaging strategies for each stage of the buying process
- Align stakeholders across marketing, product, strategy, and CRM around the goals and outcomes of demand creation programs and global campaigns
- Partner with Product, Strategy, CRM, and Marketing Leadership to identify campaign needs, key messages, and resource requirements-including scope, timeline, and budget
- Uncover inefficiencies in the current content and campaign strategy with the goal of increasing customer engagement and market penetration
- Oversee content and campaign execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery across all channels
Website Content & Messaging Oversight
- Oversee the organization, structure, and clarity of website content to ensure it reflects our positioning and resonates with target audiences
- Partner with writers, designers, and developers to launch new pages, optimize existing ones, and maintain content accuracy
- Own messaging consistency across the site-ensuring brand voice, tone, and product narratives are tight and compelling
- Use SEO and web performance data to inform updates and content strategy
Flagship Conference (Primary Event Focus)
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis of our annual flagship conference
- Manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and internal alignment across marketing, product, sales, and leadership. Manage conference staff and consultants
- Shape the conference experience and content to reflect our messaging, product vision, and customer voice
- Ensure brand consistency and seamless attendee experience throughout every touchpoint
Qualifications Required:
- 10 +years of experience in content strategy, marketing project management, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or cross-functional lead capacity
- Experience managing large-scale marketing events, with a strong sense of timelines, and creative direction
- Strong understanding of sales enablement, including the tools and structure needed to support a scaling sales org
- Proven ability to organize, structure, and govern content effectively across web and internal systems
- Excellent messaging instincts with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, sales enablement tools (e.g., SharePoint), and project management systems
Qualifications Desired:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments
- Background in content operations or editorial processes
- Experience launching or scaling internal content libraries or portals
