This position provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Philanthropy, Sacramento and Central Valley Divisions with a primary focus on managing executive-level operations. This role also provides comprehensive support for the Sacramento and Central Valley Boards including meeting management, presentation preparation, note-taking, and other administrative duties. The position ensures the efficient coordination and execution of board-related functions, balancing a dynamic workload to support the organization's strategic goals.

Pay Range is $36.59 to $54.89 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. EDUCATION:
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's: Business, Healthcare or related field.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques including but not limited to public relations; prospect research; major gifts; gift planning; donor relations and stewardship.
- Ability to interface with donors and potential donors in a consistently professional manner.
- Familiarity of current trends in major gift giving.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
- Verbal and written communication emphasizing teamwork and excellence.
- Ability to deal appropriately with confidential or sensitive information, and to demonstrate diplomacy, tact and a high level of professionalism.
