Job Description
Senior Relationship Manager Middle Market Commercial Real Estate
This is a new market for Middle Market Commercial Real Estate, and this Senior Relationship Manager will be part of a team covering the United States with this role focusing on Dallas, Texas. Role will lead the business development efforts to drive growth by developing new customer relationships, providing client focused credit and non-credit products and services. Target market is generally focused on Texas-based developers and commercial real estate investors, generally with transaction sizes over $10 million and less than $75 million.
Partner with US Bank corporate, commercial and wealth management partners to collaborate on growing this market together. With portfolio manager support, manages loan and portfolio credit quality, and expands/deepens client relationships working with other parts of the bank.
Basic Qualifications
College degree in finance, accounting or other related field/experience
10 or more years of commercial real estate lending experience
Strong sense of and commitment to ethical business practices
Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
In-depth knowledge of real estate underwriting and credit analysis
Knowledge of the Dallas and greater Texas markets and targeted client base
Preferred Skills/Experience
Masters degree in finance, accounting or other related field
Three or more years of management experience
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to connect, earn trust and develop business remotely as well as in person

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00 - $193,490.00
