Job Description

As the Manager of product Certification (Hybrid Ann Arbor), your primary responsibility is to build and lead a high-performing account management team focused on driving world-class customer service and commercial excellence to achieve regional revenue and strategic growth targets. This individual will drive team revenue performance by the regional P&L, positively contributing to business growth and maintaining their team's alignment to NSF's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve team and regional revenue targets, in line with annual AOP.
  • Lead, develop and grow a high-performing, client centric team of account managers, encouraging a culture of engagement, accountability and teamwork.
  • Support initiatives and develop strategies aimed at building, strengthening and growing client relationships.
  • Promote NSF at North American tradeshows through strategic client interactions and seeking out new client opportunities. Work closely with Sr. Manager to develop and implement tradeshow strategies.
  • Work closely with North American leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with NFC and Global account manager leaders to create and align team goals, ensuring continuity with strategic plan and business unit goals.
  • Support business unit in launch of new programs, plugging in account management team to assist with the development of processes and client outreach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience leading a high performing team
  • Knowledge of commercial food equipment industry, including opportunities and threats, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical, regulatory, or TIC services is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience building client relationships and driving customer satisfaction in a B2B environment
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective, challenging team and individual goals supporting annual business unit goals and strategies.
  • Evaluate team member performance by holding regular one-on-one touchpoints, setting micro-targets and supporting team member success and development.
  • Focus on enhancing client experiences and building long-term customer loyalty through innovative solutions and superior service delivery
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders, manage change and inspire your team.
  • Proven ability to deliver on revenue and business growth targets while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
