Role Overview
Scaler is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to lead outreach and growth efforts for our ESG solutions. This is a senior-level SDR role focused on consultative selling, building high-impact relationships, and driving qualified opportunities within sustainability, commercial real estate, and technology-driven sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential leads aligned with Scaler's ESG offerings.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos, tailored to client ESG goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic outreach plans.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses with a sharp focus on client needs.
- Stay informed on ESG and industry trends to offer relevant, value-driven solutions.
- Support deal closures and ensure a smooth handoff to the client onboarding team.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within ESG, SaaS, or commercial real estate.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, convert leads, and exceed performance targets.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainable finance, or real estate sustainability is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Economics, or a related field.
