Shift: 8H Days, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 2 years

License: Required to submit

Certifications: ARRT, BLS, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB

Must-Have: Experience with Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR 2014 Certified EHR Suite

Job Description:

- Perform diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures using radiopharmaceuticals.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of nuclear medicine equipment.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to interpret diagnostic results and determine appropriate patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information.
- Provide patient education about the procedures, including expectations and post-procedure care.
- Uphold the department's policies regarding cancellation and shift coverage.
