**For this position, the ideal candidate will live in or around New York City. They will run point on our Greater New York XD team in Manhattan as well as lead the efforts and vision for the XD Capability for the East Region.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Senior Director level the base salary pay range is $206,000-329,000. For this position at the Managing Director level the base salary pay range is $240,000-384,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

- Bring Slalom's big-picture strategy down to the local level-tailoring it to the market, client portfolio, and regional needs.
- Speak at industry events, share insights, and position yourself (and Slalom) as the go-to expert.
- Lead Slalom-hosted events and collaborate with partners to keep the conversation going.
Business Development & Sales
- Partner with sales and industry teams to spot opportunities and turn ideas into action.
- Act as a trusted advisor-helping clients see what's possible and guiding them to solutions that make an impact.
- Play a key role in pitches, proposals, and strategic sales conversations.
Talent & Team Growth
