You'll support project execution, maintain operational excellence, and serve as a crucial link between teams and leadership. Your ability to manage tasks, communicate effectively, and identify improvement opportunities will help us deliver outcomes that truly matter.

Once You Are Here, You Will:
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects by managing scope, timelines, and deliverables to keep everything on track.
  • Budget Management: Create and maintain project budgets, generate reports comparing forecasted vs. actual spend.
  • Risk Management: Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies, monitor issues and analyze impact.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide performance/status reports and ensure transparency with all stakeholders.
  • Governance and Process Oversight: Define and enforce governance frameworks and quality benchmarks.
  • Change Management: Evaluate and plan for changes in project scope, cost, or schedule.
  • Transition Planning: Develop effective handoff plans and apply lessons learned to future initiatives.
  • Program Management: Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment of timelines and resources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate and align competing priorities while driving consensus across diverse stakeholders.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Execute and improve current compliance-related processes.
  • Automate and streamline recurring tasks using tools like Power Automate.


Support and report on various operational efforts, including:
  • Travel plan approvals
  • Weekly status and incident summaries
  • Peak readiness activities and change control reporting
  • Executive presentations (Town Halls, VP reviews)
  • Software license administration
  • Newsletter content gathering and formatting
  • Prepare concise business communications and ad hoc reports.
  • Support project managers and respond to dynamic team needs as they arise.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power Automate / Power Apps for process automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, including templates and style guides.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with SharePoint: site and list creation, page management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Apps, including Approvals.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and automation expertise.
  • Background or familiarity with IT compliance or software licensing is a plus.
