Qualifications
- Extensive experience with commercial concrete coatings projects.
- Extensive experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple teams.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete coatings methodologies, processes, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, responsive to client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Positive attitude; highly intelligent with a strategic mindset.
- Collaborative; energized by the open exchange of ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to derive and implement innovative solutions.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
