Job Description: Are you an experienced project manager with at least 6 years of success in a design-build environment? Do you thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy leading projects from inception to completion? If so, we encourage you to apply for the Project Manager II position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, cost projections, contracts, and status reports.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules, and bid documents.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
• Collaborate with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering/management.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi-family experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1 - $30 million range.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, and owners/clients.
• Willingness to travel for projects as needed.
