Role Overview
The Director, Launch and Life cycle management, will be responsible for overseeing and executing the strategic and operational aspects of launch and life cycle management projects for US market. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project readiness and market entry for multiple generic and branded products.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Hybrid model. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project readiness and market entry for multiple generic and branded products.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a consistent and robust project management process and governance
- Lead market cross-functional new product or life cycle management meetings, operational launch meetings with manufacturing sites and/or R&D and participate in global cross-functional forums
- Partner with market and global functions to ensure strategic alignment across enterprise-wide product launch teams driving to aligned launch dates
- Demonstrate enterprise leadership by influencing, coordinating, and partnering across core and interfacing workstream leadership to ensure project readiness
- Develop and implement project metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and impact of new product and life cycle management projects; escalate risks and drive all necessary mitigation plans to ensure on time in full project readiness
- Work closely with the market and global supply chain on different project supply vs demand scenarios, including capital investments and provide insights to support at risk decision-making processes
- Maintain and communicate project status, establish reporting dashboards to manage reporting of key metrics and risks to management as needed
- Support commercial budget process and long-range planning
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
