The Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure.
- Lead project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and communication.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, Operations, Finance, and external partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to coordinate deliverables and manage performance.
- Ensure project milestones align with business and technical requirements.
- Escalate risks and issues proactively to leadership, proposing actionable solutions.
- Track progress against project plans and adjust as necessary to meet goals.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and ensure transparency across all project phases
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies early.
- Ensure that project activities adhere to corporate policies, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, and technology-driven projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation, vendor management, or infrastructure projects is an asset.
