The Head of Creative / Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading and executing design strategies that support marketing campaigns, branding, and business objectives across multiple channels-including digital, print, and multimedia. This role serves as the marketing team's primary graphics resource and is essential in shaping the visual identity of PT&P's marketing efforts.
This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, benefit-driven visuals that enhance our messaging and resonate with target audiences. As a senior-level designer and creative leader, they will also mentor others, manage multiple projects, and help elevate PT&P's design standards company-wide.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the marketing team and other departments.
- Design creative assets for social media, websites, emails, presentations, print materials, and sales collateral.
- Define and maintain the visual direction for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Interpret data and message strategies into visually compelling and brand-aligned graphics.
- Manage and execute multiple design projects with competing deadlines.
- Create and update core brand documents such as the brand style guide.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to research and design visuals for every stage of the customer journey.
- Edit and refine designs to maintain clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Develop customer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICP), incorporating design elements into marketing tools such as case studies and white papers.
- Champion and foster a design-forward culture within the marketing team and across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of producing high-quality creative work across multiple formats and platforms
