A Day in the Life:
- Provide leadership and direction to department team members.
- Educates, develops, and assists staff to ensure performance and productivity standards are met.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the department and organization.
- Develops, recommends, and administers company policies and procedures related to patient financial services department functions.
- Implement and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of departmental projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Meet performance goals to including, patient satisfaction, cash, A/R days and production by area.
- Prepares written goals and objectives for departmental activities and translates these into successful plans of action for self and the staff.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize expenditures.
- Manage staff scheduling and payroll functions.
About You!
This Job is For You if You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field
- Five (5) years increasingly responsible experience in the field of healthcare, and Revenue Cycle in a highly automated environment.
- Proven experience in leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and strategically.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and foster innovation.
