Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to become the voice of the brand - both internally and externally. This is more than a PMM role. It's nearly equivalent to a Head of Marketing and designed to grow into a VP position over time. You'll be the first in seat in our US expansion, with extreme ownership across all areas of marketing, and the opportunity to shape both how we tell our story and how our product evolves.
This role is for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, take full accountability for results, and lead with both strategy and execution. You'll define messaging, build brand identity, drive product adoption, generate demand, and partner closely with leadership across product, engineering, and sales.

- Flexible Hybrid Setup: Balance remote work with in-person check-ins at our NYC office in 1 Penn Plaza (2-3 times per week). We prioritize productivity over physical presence.
Your Responsibilities
- Own marketing as a function - End-to-end responsibility for product marketing, brand, demand gen, content, lifecycle, performance, and sales enablement
- Be the voice of the brand - Develop a clear, cohesive, and compelling brand identity that resonates across global markets
- Drive product adoption and growth - Use PLG strategies to guide users through the funnel; own onboarding, lifecycle, and messaging across the user journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally - Be a trusted partner to product, engineering, sales, and customer success; ensure alignment on messaging, GTM, and roadmap feedback loops
- Build for scale - Create repeatable systems, playbooks, and experiments that can evolve with the business
- Lead through execution - Operate as both doer and leader, especially in the early days. Create the content, run the campaigns, write the copy, and measure the results.
- Shape our company's future - Play a key role in company strategy. Your voice will help guide our roadmap and influence how we grow the business.
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Have built or rebuilt a marketing function from 0-1 at a fast-moving startup
- Have deep Product Marketing experience: messaging, positioning, feature adoption, competitor analysis, GTM strategy
- Have Brand experience (bonus if you've built brand cohesion across a global company)
- Have owned end-to-end marketing functions (demand gen, lifecycle, content, design, and more)
- Thrive in PLG or sales-led growth environments and know how to move freemium users down funnel
- Love startups - especially the early, messy, "figure-it-out-as-we-go" kind
- Are excited to eventually grow into a VP of Marketing role - and you're not afraid of the weight of that responsibility
- Balance strategy with execution. You know when to delegate and when to do the work yourself.
- Are deeply collaborative, empathetic, clear in communication, and build trust quickly
- Are passionate about the opportunity to transform global search through generative AI
- Are located in New York and excited about collaborating in person with the team a few days a week
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $150 - 180k annually
