Job Summary:
Join the Cat Foresight team of Cat Digital and be responsible for publishing monthly release notes, assist with monthly product release training, and compose and distribute marketing communications.

What You Will Do:

• Gathering, analyzing and interpreting release content to create release notes and go to market materials.
• Analyzing and interpreting training data, providing detailed observations and insights and recommending actions to take based on insights.
• Gathering and evaluating information relevant to a given topic, presents conclusions and alternatives in the context of creating and distributing go to market content.

• Creativity: Working knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
• Effective Communications: Working knowledge of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Relationship Management: Basic knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Consideration for Top Candidates:

• Project Management experience
• Demonstrated experience developing strategic communication strategies
• Experience in creating and delivering training curriculum
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to deliver within analytical and technical environment, together with excellent interpersonal and teamwork
• Aftermarket Services knowledge and/or dealer facing experience
• Specific knowledge of all Cat Foresight modules
• Self-starter and driven; track record of getting things done
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to prioritize, act decisively and with urgency

Summary Pay Range:
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
