Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appel :
- Coordonner les activits d'un groupe d'ingnieurs responsables des systmes avioniques de l'Airbus A220.
- tre imputable de btir un plan d'activits de dveloppement et de certification d'une suite Avionique et de les accompagner dans l'excution de ce plan.
- tre imputable de la performance du projet en Temps, Cots, Qualit (TCQP)
- Conduire et inspirer les membres de l'quipe pour optimiser la conception de l'A220 et s'aligner sur les priorits du programme.
- Piloter et mener les activits envers le fournisseur et envers les autres fonctions des CoCs
- tablir une gouvernance d'quipe.
- Engagez votre quipe et maintenez un haut niveau de performance d'quipe.
- Prioriser les activits des ingnieurs impliqus dans le dveloppement des standards avionique en lien avec les directives du chef de section ingnierie.
En tant que candidat idal,
- Vous tes titulaire d'un baccalaurat ou d'une matrise en arospatiale avec au moins 10 ans d'exprience.
- Vous avez une bonne comprhension de la gestion du changement d'ingnierie et des processus de certification.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la rglementation des systmes d'aronefs.
- Vous possdez une bonne connaissance des systmes avioniques.
- Vous possdez de solides comptences en leadership et tes capable de planifier et d'organiser le travail avec une quipe.
- Vous tes une personne nergique avec d'excellentes comptences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, un sens lev de l'engagement et une volont d'accepter des responsabilits tout en agissant de manire indpendante dans un environnement d'quipe partenaire/fournisseur sous haute pression.
- Vous avez de solides comptences en communication crite/verbale en franais et en anglais.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:
- Coordinate activities of a group of engineers responsible for the avionics of the Airbus A220.
- Be accountable for planning the activities related to developing and delivering a build, as well as accompanying them in the execution of the plan.
- Be accountable on Time, Cost, Quality and Overall Performance of the Project
- Drive and inspire team members to optimize the A220 design and align with program priorities.
- Establish team governance.
- Manage and coordinate activities of all engineering stakeholders including the supplier's
- Engage your team and maintain a high level of team performance.
- Prioritize the activities of the team members involved in the development of the Avionics software version, as per the guidelines of the engineering section chief.
As the ideal candidate,
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace with at least 10 years of experience.
- You have a good understanding of engineering change management and certification processes.
- You have a good knowledge of aircraft systems regulations.
- You have an excellent knowledge of avionic systems.
- You have strong leadership skills and are able to plan and organize work with a team.
- You are an energetic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment and a willingness to accept responsibility while acting independently in a partner/supplier team environment under high pressure.
- You have strong written/verbal communication skills in French and English.
