Job Description:

- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide care for patients in the Medical/Surgical Neurology unit.
- Demonstrate proficiency in telemetry and neurology patient care techniques.
- Adhere to best nursing practices to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in continuous education and skills development.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and procedures.
- Work with diverse patient populations and adapt to their individual needs.
- Maintain patient records and document care accurately and promptly.
- Provide support and guidance to new staff and nursing students when required.
