Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, or New York.

We're looking for a seasoned product marketer to clarify and build Linkedin Talent Solution's most critical narratives aimed at helping our customers put the full potential of AI in service of their most pressing talent challenges. This role will bring these narratives to life in compelling ways at key moments for Linkedin, empowering our thousands of Field partners at Sales Kickoff, and for our most integral Customer moments, like Talent Connect.

Reporting into the Lead of Integrated Marketing for Linkedin's hiring products, our largest business, this role sits at the intersection of our Product, Marketing, and Sales. It requires a strategic & influential insights-driven thought leader who can identify business opportunities, build incredible outputs built on clear customer insight, and activate cross-functional partners around this work.

If you have a track record of driving impact as a change agent and truly live for big challenges, we'd love to meet you.

This role is best suited for someone who loves ambitious and ambiguous challenges, as the scope will naturally shift as the business does. However, the immediate scope, and what most future scope will look like, is outlined below:
  • Clarify the opportunity
    • Expert of Audience & Linkedin ecosystem - understand and represent the intersection of Linkedin's ecosystem value and Hiring Customers' challenges
    • Write the brief - analyze the data, macro context, and stakeholder opinions to distill into a simple brief that leads to high-craft output that we can measure.
  • Write the stories
    • Shape Linkedin's Talent narrative in the age of AI - help define how LinkedIn shows up for talent organizations in a rapidly evolving landscape.
    • Platform narrative - help Field partners and Talent customers understand how the pieces of Linkedin's entire ecosystem come together to solve their most critical talent and business challenges.
  • Own the critical moments
    • Own how these stories come to life on Linkedin's biggest stages - Sales Kick Off, Talent Connect.
    • Use the platform narrative to unify our message to Field partners so each product innovation doesn't feel disparate, rather it is a continuation of the story we've been telling. This will come to life in field convos, roundtables, and exec forums.
  • Galvanize internal support
    • Create stakeholder plan, presentations, and facilitate workshops to co-create final output with senior leadership.
    • Create compelling communication for a wide set of cross-functional teams who will need to input as subject matter experts and execute the final plan / assets.
