Main Responsibilities:
  • Update monthly production and capacity plan by item
  • Communicate future supply plan with Procurement and Finance partners
  • Track inventory trends and justify future projections
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with CMOs to discuss open order status and relevant topics
  • Participate in regular business/supplier review meetings
  • Coordinate schedule execution with EM associates and quality assurance to ensure product availability
  • Prepare 12 month rolling forecasts by item and submit POs to CMOs
  • Coordinate material transfer to pick up finished goods at CMOs
  • Maintain inventory reports and commentary to aid discussion in weekly S&OE meeting
  • Actively participate in daily QDCI and represent External Manufacturing supply chain in weekly S&OE meetings
  • Engage with CMOs and procurement colleagues to clarify invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment
  • Other supply chain and project related activities as necessary


About You
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CPG/OTC supply chain or materials management preferred
  • Familiarity with FMCG
  • Working knowledge of key department interactions
    • Plant Operations
    • Customer service order management
    • Distribution
    • Financial reporting
    • Quality assurance/Control
    • Marketing/Sales
    • Master data management
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP system
  • Experience using Kinaxis or other MRP system
  • Proficient in PC skills, especially MS Office

The salary range for this position is:
$96,188.00 - $138,938.00

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
