The salary range for this position is:
$96,188.00 - $138,938.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.

Main Responsibilities:
- Update monthly production and capacity plan by item
- Communicate future supply plan with Procurement and Finance partners
- Track inventory trends and justify future projections
- Facilitate weekly meetings with CMOs to discuss open order status and relevant topics
- Participate in regular business/supplier review meetings
- Coordinate schedule execution with EM associates and quality assurance to ensure product availability
- Prepare 12 month rolling forecasts by item and submit POs to CMOs
- Coordinate material transfer to pick up finished goods at CMOs
- Maintain inventory reports and commentary to aid discussion in weekly S&OE meeting
- Actively participate in daily QDCI and represent External Manufacturing supply chain in weekly S&OE meetings
- Engage with CMOs and procurement colleagues to clarify invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment
- Other supply chain and project related activities as necessary
About You
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CPG/OTC supply chain or materials management preferred
- Familiarity with FMCG
- Working knowledge of key department interactions
- Plant Operations
- Customer service order management
- Distribution
- Financial reporting
- Quality assurance/Control
- Marketing/Sales
- Master data management
- Experience using SAP or other ERP system
- Experience using Kinaxis or other MRP system
- Proficient in PC skills, especially MS Office
