Amazon's Payment Acceptance and Experience organization is seeking a true product team leader, who is passionate about building consumer products that deliver value to our customers. In this role, you will be working with internal clients, engineering teams and external partners to define and innovate cost of payments solutions that can scale across the company. You will own productizing and evolving existing services to allow Amazon to enable new ways to optimize cost of payments. Additionally, you will be responsible to influence tech architecture within and outside the company to facilitate next-generation cost of payments optimization across the globe.

This role will require working with and across multiple teams and geographies. This role requires someone who has proven experience in delivery of high quality, scalable and innovative solutions. The successful candidate will have exemplary program management skills; not only in terms of process, but also in terms of communication skills and organizational agility. About the team

This role will be part of the PAE Cost to Serve Product team responsible for coordinating efforts across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk Prevention, Marketing and Data Science teams. The person in this role will focus on initiatives to optimize cost of payment across payment acceptance products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- 6+ years of technical product or program management experience

- Experience with end to end product delivery

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience in payments or fintech space, and in working with customer-facing products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
