Strategic and results-driven sales leader with a strong background in team development, agent onboarding, and business growth through proven real estate systems. Successfully scale a top-performing real estate team by coaching, mentoring, and leading agents to reach production goals while upholding core values, accountability, and team standards.
Responsibilities
Lead training, onboarding, and mentorship for new agents through structured 30/60/90-day programs and a Core Curriculum focused on TWG's proven systems and standards
Facilitate weekly one-on-ones and team trainings to ensure consistent development, accountability, and performance tracking
Maintain high-level personal production, consistently closing 3+ transactionsper month while balancing leadership responsibilities
Drive team growth by leading recruiting initiatives, including events, networking, social media outreach, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns
Collaborate with TWG leadership to execute the Career Visioning process for all new agent hires, including interviews, offers, and onboarding
Develop and maintain systems to ensure new agents achieve production benchmarks: 2 closings/month by month 6 on the team
Earn tiered retention bonuses based on agent tenure and success, contributing to increased agent longevity and team stability
Receive full sponsorship for high-level training and events, including Family Reunion and Mega Camp, due to consistent leadership performance and team impact
Manage and track performance metrics for junior agents, supporting them to exceed KPIs and uphold TWG team standards
Serve as a role model for professionalism, communication, and leadership, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture
