Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician with experience in psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or both, who thrives in a collaborative and values-driven environment.

Depending on your interests and experience, the role may include therapy, diagnostic evaluations, consultation, and/or supervision of trainees. Job Duties:
  • Provide individual psychotherapy (and/or couples/family therapy as appropriate)
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (optional, based on position or specialization)
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with BOP regulations and ethical standards
  • Participate in weekly clinical case consultations and peer support meetings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external providers when appropriate
  • Stay current with research and best practices in clinical psychology and incorporate them into your work)


Requirements
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Active license as a Psychologist in the state of California (in good standing with the California Board of Psychology)
  • Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to diverse populations
  • Strong understanding of psychological theory, treatment planning, and ethical care
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and cultural humility
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience or training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy
  • Experience conducting psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments
