Description:

As the Director of Digital Product, you will lead end-to-end strategy, development, and delivery of FedEx's digital product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams-including Analytics & Research, Product Design, Engineering, and Commercialization -you will ensure our digital solutions meet and exceed customer needs while supporting broader organizational objectives. This position is pivotal in guiding product vision, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless product execution to maintain FedEx's leadership in a competitive market.

Essential Functions
  • Product Strategy and Vision
  • Define the digital product roadmap in alignment with corporate strategy and customer needs.
  • Assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to shape product direction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure product initiatives align with overall business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with Analytics & Research teams to incorporate data-driven insights and user research into product roadmaps.
  • Partner with UX, Engineering, and other internal teams to drive feature prioritization, product design, and development cycles.
  • Champion agile methodologies and best practices to ensure quality and speed to market.
  • Team Management and Development
  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team.
  • Establish clear goals, roles, and responsibilities to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement within the product organization.
  • Product Execution and Delivery
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation and validation to launch and iteration.
  • Employ metrics and KPIs-such as user engagement, NPS, and revenue growth-to track product success.
  • Ensure product releases meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Clearly articulate product strategies, priorities, and progress to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
  • Engage with customers and external partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Advocate for the product vision across all levels of the organization, aligning cross-departmental efforts.

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in digital product management or equivalent roles, with at least 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience working in Product Management at both eCommerce companies & platform technology companies that power eCommerce.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products at scale, from ideation through launch.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development, user-centric design, and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and research for informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Additional Details: The desired location for this position is Memphis, TN, however, this position may be located anywhere within the US excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location.
