We're looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineering Lead to ensure the reliability and excellence of our software solutions that enhance the passenger experience in transit systems across the globe. This team creates software solutions to control stationary smart displays in the transit industry (for example at train stations, bus stops, airports).

About the Role:
Join our team, where you'll play a key role in testing and validating innovative software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and setting up test environments to drive quality at every stage of development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute test cases and plans (manual and automated).
- Mentor and Assist other Quality Assurance team members in best practices.
- Plan, Organize, and Prioritize execution of tests. Create dashboards to track progress.
- Perform system integration, exploratory, and regression testing.
- Set Up & Manage test environments for real-world scenarios.
- Document & Report bugs with clear and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Validate features, milestones, and customer-specific configurations before release.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with a proven background in QA/system testing roles.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong skills in system integration testing, Linux, and IP-based setups.
- Python experience and familiarity with MQTT.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Automated testing and test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ISTQB certification (preferred).
Bonus Skills:
- Experience or interest testing embedded software and firmware on devices (IoT)
- Experience managing test cases and plans in Azure DevOps
