We are looking for a Change Management Lead to join our growing team in Remote (US).
Must Haves:
- Change Management Expertise: Proven experience and certification in change management.
- Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership presence and ability to engage stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.
The Change Management Lead will:
Assess the Change Impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Develop a Digital Transformation change management plan based on the established framework and by working closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders across the organization
Facilitate execution of the plans with different teams within the organization, such as the Digital Transformation Office, Marketing and Communications, Talent, Operations, Technology, Growth Org, etc.
Track and manage timelines, and report weekly progress related to the Change Management Plans. Escalate challenges and obstacles to success.
Support communication efforts: Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications with leadership approval
Drive and report training efforts: Support the design and delivery of training programs.
Assess, measure and report on change progress: evaluate, report on progress and adjust plans based upon feedback
Coach others, such as management on change management
Manage the overall change portfolio
Skills and qualifications:
3+ years specifically leading organizational and large-scale change management initiatives
o Experience with digital transformation, preferred
o Change management certification or designation, preferred
Leadership presence and the ability to influence stakeholders.

2. Communication: Effectively conveying information and ideas to stakeholders is crucial. This includes listening, presenting, and writing skills

7. Problem-Solving: Identifying issues and developing effective solutions to overcome obstacles
8. Adaptability: Being flexible and open to change, and helping others adapt to new processes and technologies
9. Business Acumen: Understanding the business implications of digital transformation
10. Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
