The Asset Protection Area Manager is a safety leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for associates in a fulfillment center. The role involves coaching and training hourly associates, monitoring and analyzing safety metrics, and collaborating with operational leaders to conduct safety audits and identify training needs. Fulfillment Centers operate 24/7 and business needs change seasonally. Your schedule requirements will be assigned, but will align with business needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities...
- Provide coaching and training to hourly AP associates by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to achieve KPIs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze safety metrics while implementing appropriate countermeasures to mitigate foreseeable safety risks.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to conduct safety audits, participate in root cause identification process for accidents, and support accident reviews within the fulfillment center.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by ensuring associates are properly trained on company policies, standards and procedures.
- Participate in company initiatives and programs to mitigate security risks, prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas, and safeguard against shrinkage.
- Identify training and development needs while participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of hourly associates.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support ongoing safety initiatives, communicating goals and objectives, measuring progress, and opportunities for mitigating risk.
