Industrialization Transformation Leader

The Industrialization Transformation Leader will collaborate across H&D NAM Industrialization skills and key stakeholder functions to drive operational efficiency to ensure product launches meet Time-To-Market, Cost and Quality. In conjunction with the chapter leaders, this position will help standardize best practices for project execution and competency development to streamline H&D NAM Industrialization operating model.

Job duties & responsibilities:
  • Establish a standardized Industrialization operating model (People, Project, Process) in collaboration with the chapter leaders
  • Lead Industrialization digital transformation, leveraging/creating tools and data analytics in the OLM framework, to optimize project execution and performance metrics
  • Develop dashboards to monitor and measure the impact of process improvement initiatives
  • Industrialization Agile deployment champion in collaboration with the H&D NAM PMO Execution Excellence Leader
  • Work closely with each project team to identify, standardize and document best practices, procedures, and workflows.
  • Stay abreast of global best practices and drive continuous improvement within NAM by benchmarking GSC (Global Supply Chain), AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) and other BUs (Business Units) for all Industrialization skills
  • Collaborate with chapter leaders to strengthen competency development plans in support of NAM growth ambition and drive cultural change to enhance Schneider IMPACT values

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, or equivalent experience in related fields (advanced degree such as an MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in product development and launch experience (NPIs) in industrialization, manufacturing, supply chain, business operations, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing large strategic transformations.
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Self-driven with ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams.
