Project Manager - Commercial Construction - $140k+ base

We have established ourselves with our strong clients relationships & the a strong, experienced leadership team. With that in mind, we are in need of adding an experienced Project Manager to join our team with a strong background in commercial construction.

What You Will Be Doing

- Prepare budgets, project plans, & project schedule
- Maintain budget & report status throughout project
- Confirm all permits are in place
- Track & update project orders

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years of Commercial Construction Management experience

- Ability to manage projects $10M+

- DOT experience
- Solid computer skills
- Experience with procore or other construction software
- Strong leaderships skills
