We're seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Gonzales, Louisiana. This is an on-site position for a driven professional with a PMP certification and a strong background in engineering project management.

We're seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Gonzales, Louisiana. This is an on-site position for a driven professional with a PMP certification and a strong background in engineering project management.
What You'll Do:
- Lead capital projects, including standalone initiatives and those tied to plant outages
- Oversee engineering, design, and construction resources
- Develop and manage estimates, schedules, funding documents, and forecasts using SAP
- Ensure projects adhere to process safety standards and complete all hazard reviews and ORIs promptly
- Supervise field work and provide support during project execution
- Conduct Safety Kickoff Meetings with contractors and plant operations teams
- Lead daily toolbox talks and safety briefings with all on-site crews
What We're Looking For:
- PMP Certification (Required)
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Engineer
- Strong understanding of operating plant environments
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams and organizational levels
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies
